Two seminar rooms in the heart of Lille
The charm of the two seminar rooms at L’Arbre Voyageur will win you over: the Consul and the MamaFlower. Each is decorated in an original way with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The first is the larger of the two with a total area of 40 square metres and can accommodate up to 35 people. The second, more intimate room offers 15 square metres and is ideal for small groups of a maximum of 8 people.
In both cases, the meeting rooms offer a range of equipment such as a video projector, high-speed Wi-Fi connection and multiple and varied connections.
Meeting room hire
The rate for a half day is €250 and €400 for a whole day. In both cases, your will enjoy a well-lit 40 m2 room with all equipment.

Basic Package - €49 incl. VAT per person
A free welcome coffee will be offered when you arrive. At lunchtime, you will enjoy a 2-course meal in the 'Ma Reine' restaurant with a glass of wine, mineral water and coffee. A delicious break awaits you in the afternoon.
Bistro Package - €69 incl. VAT per person
A free welcome coffee is offered when you arrive as well as a morning break. At lunchtime, you will enjoy a 3-course meal in the 'Ma Reine' restaurant with glasses of wine, mineral waters and coffee. Lastly, a delicious break awaits you in the afternoon.
Gourmet Package - €89 incl. VAT per person
A free welcome coffee is offered when you arrive as well as a morning break. At lunchtime, you will enjoy a 3-course meal in the 'Jane' restaurant with glasses of wine, mineral waters and coffee. Lastly, a delicious break awaits you in the afternoon.
Gastronomic package - €139 incl. VAT per person
A free welcome coffee is offered when you arrive as well as a morning break. At lunchtime, you will enjoy a truly fine-dining 5-course meal in the 'Jane' restaurant with glasses of wine, mineral waters and coffee. Lastly, a delicious break awaits you in the afternoon.
